Cheshire Yoga Day Retreat is held at the amazing Catton Hall Adventure Centre, Frodsham.

Join Yoga & Healing Cheshire for a day of calming, connection, rest and relaxation. We have exclusive use of 40 plus acres of Catton Hall’s countryside estate for this day, guests are encouraged to settle in and enjoy Yogic practices in the tranquility of quiet.

Escape the seemingly endless chaos of daily life for a relaxing day of Wellness-themed practices basking in the bosom of nature.

Note: This years Autumn itinerary will be totally fresh with lashings of meditation goodness and so much more Yoga. Places this year are limited so your advised to book early.
