“Providing and promoting better health in the local community is important. I am very grateful to work with some amazing people which makes my work so unbelievably rewarding.”

Sally is a teacher of Hatha and Traditional Tantra Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. Her love of yoga and how it benefits people both mentally and physically led her instinctively into teaching.

Having recently returned from training in India, her passion is to share the gift of yoga with people from the local community in a caring and nurturing way. Encouraging people to listen to their own body while she holds space for them to develop their own yoga practice.

Working as a diagnostic radiographer for over 10 years, her knowledge of anatomy and physiology complements the teaching of asana, along with her own practice passed down from her teachers.

“I attended Sally’s class, based in the depths of a beautiful woodland. It’s surprising how a shift in venue/location can hugely impact ones practice. Her classes are pure, non judgemental and thoughtful. Sally effortlessly weaves yoga philosophy into each class which is of benefit to every level of yogi. I left the Muladhara Chakra class feeling complete, aligned and fully grounded.” – BP
