Summer solstice- Sunrise Yoga, Helsby Hill

The session is FREE and there will be donation buckets where we will raising funds for our chosen charity ChAPS. Chester Autism Practical Support.
Expect a meaningful Vinyassa Yoga practice with chanting, intention setting and meditation. The Yoga class is specifically designed to be peaceful, uplifting and fluid. Standing on top of a mountain this morning sunrise practice will be deeply personal, celebratory and healing.
If you’re a person who’s tuned in to the out-of-doors, you know the serene, comforting feeling that accompanies spending time in nature. This sensation is illuminated by Yoga especially on the longest day of year.
-Start time TBC (think early and we want to be finished in time for people to get to work.)
-Meet at the very top of the Hill.
-Parking is available via the Quarry car park, Alvanley Road with a short uphill walk to our meet point.
-Bring your mat as well appropriate clothing, blankets for relaxation and snacks to enjoy afterwards.

-A little bit about our chosen charity;
ChAPS was started in April 2010 by three parents who all have children on the spectrum. In 2013 they became a limited company and registered charity.
ChAPS work with both children and adults with Autism as well their families. Trainings and workshops are free for parents to attend and cover topics like Challenging Behaviour, Sensory Processing Disorder, First Aid, Pathological Demand Avoidance, Autism Awareness, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Anxiety, Transitions and many more.
