Join Yoga and Healing Cheshire for an experience day of calming, connection, rest and relaxation. Escape the seemingly endless chaos of daily life for a relaxing day of Wellness themed practices basking in the glow of Catton Halls roaring log fire including therapeutic Yin and Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, group meditations and healing sessions. We will joined by returning friends Tina Steinsberg, who teaches Kundalini Yoga in Liverpool and Aeron Gates, who leads Yoga in Chester.
