Healing Back Pain Workshop
It’s a living nightmare suffering with a bad back right?
This workshop will include a short lecture on how to use physical exercise to develop strength in the back and understanding how the hip joint has a fundamental relationship with lower back function.
Remember core strength creates more stability and buoyancy- so we will spend a proportionate amount of time examining how to maximize this quality. The session will conclude with an exciting Yoga class full of flair playing with the dark and light sides of our character, using a meticulously designed sequence to compliment your physiology, unravelling any pent-up emotions, feeling aligned. Any dull aches will feel invigorated and full of life. *Free handout to all participants
